ok so, about 3 or 4 weeks ago i was 108
and now i'm 100 pounds eating
really small portions three times a day,
sometimes two and i work out for about
45 minutes day and i go on about 15 minute
walks everyday plus i play baseball and
a whole bunch of other sports with my sister
and our neighbor about an hour a day.
but the thing is that, i really dont feel
like i've lost much weight nor do i look much
skinnier.i mean i can fit into smaller sizes but
i feel like i've got alot more fat on me than
i do.
why the crap is that?

Exercise could be building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less room.
Another reason might be that you don't need to lose any more weight and your body is resisting.
Try concentrating on exercise and getting stronger, so your body will have a better shape. I don't know how tall you are, but at 108, I can't imagine that you have any fat on you.

If you weight 100 lbs. I dont think you need to lose weight. If you still feel fat maybe it more of an emotional/self esteem issue than a physical issue.
i hate my body im 108 pounds down from 112 pounds and my belly still sticks out like im pregant it gets my really angry sumtimes and so i carnt eat at all
