Fresh seared tuna on spinach. You will need to add 'boneless fresh sushi-tuna' to your log. It is in the d-base, but not able to find it here (?)

Recipe Ingredients for Ahi Tuna Salad

280 grams sushi tuna
2 T Sesame oil
2 T low sodium soy sauce
2 T Canola oil
2 T Rice Wine Vinegar
1 chili pepper
1 T black pepper
10 spears asparagus
1/2 red pepper
4 cups fresh spinach

Recipe Directions for Ahi Tuna Salad

  1. Marinade Tuna in sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger and chopped garlic for at least one hour. If you marinade over night, pull fish out for one hour before cooking

  2. Get a non-stick pan very hot and sear each side of tuna for no more than 3 minutes

  3. Arrange on bed of spinach with steamed asparagus, red pepper and drizzle with dressing (2T canola, 2T rice wine vinegar, chopped chili pepper)

  4. Add fresh pepper before serving
