Uneventful. Cooked a small pizza for my son; fixed a small baby spinach salad for my dinner. Managed to keep calories under 1800 for the day (down from 2000/day). Spent a little time online. That's about it.

Well, I didn't do quite so good with the calories but I'm not gonna stress over it.

I had spinach salad for lunch and dinner yesterday, so no way I'm going to be able to keep that up. But the scale was down 1.6 pounds from yesterday, so there must be something to that (don't know what that is).
Sneaks in. Afternoon all. Have to be careful nowadays due to new desk location. Boss just went to meeting though:-)
