Hello!

Just wondering if anyone has tried this diet pill and what the experience as like.  Today is the 2nd day that I took it, it totally killed my appetite, but Im making sure I eat my recommended calories.

I have not had any side effects, which Im happy about and I hope it stays that way.

I was wondering if anyone has used this and if you lost weight how much and how fast?

Thanks everyone! :)

ive head good things about this and always wanted to try it

where did you get yours?? i really wanna check this stuff out!

I saw it at K-Mart- was like 30 dollars for 60 count bottle...I thought about buying it but went with the Relacore PM which seems to be helping with my night time snacking... Keep us posted on how you are doing with the Ak-Var though... I'm interested to see how you progress.... :)
Hey! I bought mine at GNC...i've been losing weight without any diet pills and than just came to a stand still for longer than I want! Its like 1-2 lbs a month and it was driving me insane, so I figured I'd try it..honestly it does curb my appetite, I have had NO side effects, and I did lose weight when I began taking it about a pound a day...however :( the last few weeks I have been slacking off and just getting back on track with cal counting so thankfully I didnt gain any weight, but I didnt lose either.

The guy at GNC told me since I dont really exercise to try akavar..it advertises you can eat what you want and still lose weight - however....thats nonsense to me lol I still watch my cals and Im too lazy most days to exercise, but now that I am back on track, I will keep you all informed!

If you try it, please keep us informed also !

Thanks :)

Are you still taking this? Does (did) it work?

I'm curious to know as well.
By the way, does anyone know if Akavar is only "Calorie-restricting" because it makes you less hungry?  If you at the same amount of calories would it actually make a difference?
Tried it for a couple days now....a decent amount of weight loss, but terrible headaches.  I threw the rest out.
