Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1 potato, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 tsp oregano
6 cups water
Directions
chop vegetables, add 1/2 to meat and make meatballs. cook in water for 20 minutes
