I just went out and had like 10 drinks with lots of alcohol. i know and expierenced alcohol can make you gain weight very badly. does anyone knows how to recover from a wild night out? i really want to get my body in balance again and prevent gaining weight. anyone some tips?
Stay hydrated. Drink a bunch of water. It will also help with preventing a hangover.
Keep in mind that the bulk of what you gain from a hard night drinking is water retention. So it should come off relatively quickly. Of course, 10 drinks could be 2000 calories (depending on what they were and all), but that's less than a pound of real weight.

So beyond the fear of weight gain, there are some underlying compulsions for you that may have involved having 10 drinks in one sitting after planning to quit drinking alcohol until Christmas.
You know, as someone attempting to recover from bulimia, that what you restrict will eventually trigger a binge.
According to past posts, you have been working on recovery using a site dedicated to helping bulimics and maybe it's time for the next step -- professional in-person counseling? It has been five months and it doesn't sound as though you are in active recovery. That's not your fault because it is not really a condition that is treatable on-line.
I can see you are focused on wanting to avoid weight gain and that's still skewed away from what counts most which is stopping the bingeing and purging for health reasons. By having a counselor you trust (and perhaps a nutritionist to help you design and plan meals as well) you can work on the bulimia first. The fear of gaining is why you have bulimia and until that's addressed, it's pretty impossible to recover.

thanks for your reply but im already getting professional help and seeing a nutritionist. and slince i had some slip ups before im afraid i will gein weight because of those extra 2000 calories.

and no, i didnt drive. here you are allowed to drink from 16+ and drive from 18+ and since im still 17.
So very glad to here that you have all the professional support -- it's hard to know where people are at with just a few posts here. I would still really encourage you to discuss with your psychologist and nutritionist the experience you have just had.
And because there is no way to avoid it (I'm programmed to do this) -- binge drinking at 17 (ok yes, and at any age) is so not where you want to be (not for weight gain issues) but for really important health issues. You know this and I know you know this, but sometimes it helps to see it in black and white in front of you to focus your attention where it needs to be.
Please take very good care of yourself and just remind yourself that your weight gain is a distant second to your need to get healthy and stay healthy.
Well I don't know you or your other issues but I'm curious what these 10 drinks were. For instance, if you had 10 drinks of Malibu Coconut Rum with Diet Coke you would only have consumed 500 extra calories, which isn't great but could be a lot worse. That is still a lot of excess liquid, however. And as stated the alcohol will cause bloat, etc.
As far as recovering from it, like someone said, drink lots of water and try not to eat "hangover" food. I know when I go out to induldge in a night with friends I try to stick with as few drinks as possible, but still enough to have fun. And the next day, as much as I want greasy bad food, I still try to stick with healthy options.
I also try to drink water inbetween alcoholic drinks. Water does not make you less drunk, only time does, but it will fill you up so you might not want to drink as many alcoholic drinks. It also helps you stay hydrated for the day after.
