I was 191, i lost a bunch of weight like 34 pounds, im 157.4 right now, and i still have more weight to get rid of, but for the past like week, my back has been hurting really bad, i haven't been working out an excessive amount or anything, i would assume if u gained weight ur back might start to hurt having to hold yourself up, but my back is having to deal with less weight, so i don't get it, has this happened to anyone else?? Ive also been really cold, which i understand b/c Ive lost so much weight my body doesn't have as much fat on it to keep me as warm, i just don't get the whole my back hurting thing, even when i sit up straight perfectly, still hurts =( is this some random thing that has nothing to do with my weight loss or is it maybe somehow connected??

I also dont think it makes sense that its from weightloss. Its not like you woke up one day, and you weighed 35 pounds less. It took you time, and your body should have adjusted...but then again you never know.

Take hot baths and do some light stretching in the morning and at night. Even taking a couple minutes out of your work day to take a walk around the office could give you some relief. If you have the money for it,  maybe get a massage? If you find a good therapist, he or she will be able to find problem areas that you yourself werent even aware of and make you feel like 1000 times better. Good luck, hope you find some relief!
