What do you all think?

I am freaking out because I have been maitaining for the past two months at my goal weight. Then, randomly this morning I weighed 2 pounds more!!! I looked at my calendar and I am two weeks away from TTOTM. I did have some high sodium foods last night, but nothing too major or out of the ordinary. I feel sooo bloated and nasty today. I haven't seen the scale this high in a long time. Any ideas what is going on or how to lose the two pounds??

I wouldn't worry right away.  It is most likely water weight.  If you are thinking it isn't, just go back to a 5-700 deficit for a week or 2 to help maintain...this will happen...just lose it again.  You can do this!!!
you shouldnt focus on maintaining one solo weight. instead you should focus on maintaining within 5pds of that weight.

so maybe you want to lose 5 more pounds or be okay fluctuating up 5 every now and then...
It's probably just waste or water weight.   Just keep weighing in every week an d if it doesn't go away then you'll k now something is up and watch your cal ories for a while.
Not to sound nasty or anything...but if definatly could be waste like nightc1 said. Once I weighed myself before "disposing of waste" and after I as like 2lbs less.....
If you really are two weeks away from TTOM, you are probably ovulating.  Ovulation raises your temperature and causes you to retain water, among other things.  Don't worry, you'll sweat or pee it out in a day or so.
If you feel bloated then it's probably just that - bloat.  Water weight.  I once went up 1.5 lbs after having a slice of pizza for dinner the night before.  I drank a ton of water the next day & it was gone by the next morning.

Yeah, i would drink a tone of water to.  If I have eaten a lot the day before, i drink water, green tea and eat tones of fruit - i normally feel better later in the day!!  if you continue what your doing and weigh yourself in a few days, i'll bet your'll be fine!!  Maybe walk it off this evening!
My weight always does that.  I'll go up three, down two, up one, down three...When I hit a new "low" I consider it a pound lost.  You're doing great!  Don't stop drinking lots of water--it's REALLY helpful for the weight loss!

Come on, cheer up! 2 lbs ain't that much. Like what other ppl said here, weight fluctuation for about 4 lbs(at average I think) is just totally natural. (Sometimes when I eat alot, it even goes up to like 6 lbs. Well, that's when I ate really, really lots. lol.)

Thanks! I took everyone's advice and feel tons better today. I am only down a half pound, but I dont feel as bloated. You guys are great!
weight fluncates all the time.. you need to make sure that your bowels are empty you have ate nothing you have been  to the toilet and that its 1st thing on a morning we you wake up.. try not eat later than 7 aswell becuase you need to burn it off in time.. 2 pounds is noting to worrie about just get loads of water eat the same stick to healthy choices and have 10 hours sleep for the next few day and it will come right off you.. if you have been exercising dont forget that muscle weighs more than fat but looks 3 times as less good luck
I go by the "three day rule."  I don't trust any weight until I've weighed in at that much for at least 3 days.  There's lots of reasons for random abnormalities otherwise.
