All hail Skinny Cow !
I have recently discovered Skinny Cow Ice Cream in the UK, tubs or sticks / lollies..typically less than 100kcals per serving and always less than 3% fat...mint choc chip, toffee, chocolate, simply delicious...and no guilt !
Oh yes....Skinny Cow is here in the US to. Those 100 cal. fuge bars are AWESOME! They also come in mini 50 cal. fuge bars....but I end up eating two of those. : )
I am a devoted Skinny Cow follower. Skinny Cow has helped me to keep my sanity and eat dessert every night while losing weight. My favorite are the Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Sandwiches...pure heaven!!!!!!
I live in the US and at the store today, I found little mini cups of Edy's churned mint choc. chip ice cream. I had 2 bites tonight. First ice cream in a MONTH. It was so good. Even if I eat the whole thing, it's just 140 calories!

I haven't found the Ice Cream sandwiches yet...but will search the supermarket shelves..they sound great
They're awesome! I love the mint ones. :)
I agree, Skinny Cow is a lifesaver. I allow myself one almost every night after getting off the treadmill. I love the cookies n cream sandwiches. All the sandwiches are 140 - 150 calories and well worth the bite. Also they have a drumstick type product that comes in several flavors. Only other one I like is the Klondike Slim-a-Bear bars and sandwiches.
hemisync - I'm so glad to hear the cookies-n-cream sandwiches are good - My husband went to the grocery store for me today, and I had the mint ones on my list. He said they didn't have those, so he bought me the cookies-n-cream instead. Looking forward to my dessert!![]()
Love the Skinny Cow mint sandwiches and have some of the Skinny Dippers also in mint, those just showed up in my area. Thanks to them I eat dessert almost every nigh! Only wish I could find a roll of just chocolate sandwiches in my area and haven't seen the Cookie N Cream around here either.
For UK fans, make sure to check the coffee/tea aisle of your favorite supermarket for Skinny Cow hot chocolate mix! 37 calories per cup in both plain chocolate and mint chocolate flavors!
All Hail Skinny Cow!!!!!! Mint, strawberry short cake..... all of them are great! Costco carries them in bulk now. I need to clean the freezer to fit them in, but I will do it one of these days.
I just recently tried the Chocolate Truffle bar - only 100 calories. I love, love, love the ice cream sandwiches. Since last summer I always leave enough room calorie-wise to have one every single day. Helps me not to feel deprived.
My husband and son (who are regular instead of super-sized) prefer them over normal ice cream. Who knew?
My only issue with Skinny Cow is the price. I'm not willing to pay $8 for a box of four (or is it six?) ice cream bars.

Holy Smokes Batman! They are only $4 dollars here in PA.
Today I got box of 20 sandwiches (mixed vanilla and chocolate) in Costco for $9,94. It will be my reward for sugar free day If the calorie deficit is great.
Where can I find the Strawberry Shortcake ones? I've been looking everywhere with no luck!
Hmmm these reviews of skinny cow are making me very happy!! I love ice cream bars so hopefully this will work for me! I'm definetly gonna have to pick up some tomorrow on my trip to walmart :)
my freezer screwed up and all my skinny cow popsicles went soft and un-lickable, so i took a spoon and ate them out of the wrapper like ice cream :]
The Weight Watchers bars are pretty good too, and I see them on sale more than the Skinny Cow ones.
The WeightWatchers chocolate and vanilla "cornettos" are delicious at 140kcals per cone
I like both.. the Weight Watchers ice cream cups are great! 140 calories and a perfect serving. The Skinny Cow ice cream sandwhich ones are great too... I particularly liked the cookies and cream ones!
