Hi All , well for the last 5 mths i have been strict on myself and lost 10lbs ( i know it took agaes to shift that weight) anyways the dress i have been wanting to fit in to for the special occasion this weekend i wish i was another 3lbs down but dont think that will happen now , the dress fits but is slighty tight , so looking for tips for this week what should i do , im drinking lots of water with lemon (dont like water on its own ) im not eating any carbs etc . all advice needed , thanks
I've never personally done this or know how safe it is, but I've heard of people going to the sauna/steam room multiple times before a weigh in to be at their goal weight.
For me though, I would spend more time at the gym and eat all fruits and vegetables. That's awesome though that you've come so far to fit into your dress! Have fun this weekend :)
thanks a million , i think i will just away from all processed foods and carbs and hope for the best probably will try the sauna the day or two before.
