I told my husband there are men on here, where are you guys? SO here is a lounge for you guys! I know Erik, igor, victor, chief, larry and chuck and I know there are more of you guys! Identify yourselves! Tell us all about you and your families! Give the women some ideas to get their hubbies off the couch and working out with them! My husband works out with me and eats healthy with me. OK - introduce yourselves!

Hey there all you women!! You know us men are "visual" beings. One way to get your husband to exercise with you may be to show him how much better you're looking with the proper lifestyle changes. Or make him jealous by saying that men at the gym are giving you "double takes". Or... tell him how much money you can save by eating healthy..

for men (at lest this man) actions speak louder than words. setting a good example for "your man" is the strongest message. and showing him how much fun it can be is the icing (low sugar this is) on the cake.
