For all you people who sleep late...
I was just wondering..
if i sleep until noon...does that mean you should eat less calories that day? since i won't burn as many off because i slept most of them away? lol...idk if that makes sense..?
You should eat your normal calories specially if you're probably going to go to sleep late. Just eat like you always do, you're just going to have less time in between meals.
If I sleep in late, I usually just have a huge brunch-type-thing to make up for a breakfast that I slept through...lol.
You could probably very easily make a tasty and nutritious brunch with the calorie allotments for breakfast&lunch, and then just have dinner at your usual time, if you're not going to go to bed late that night.
I usually get up at noon aswell but I sleep quite late so I end up having a snack at midnight aswell. Because of that I reach my calorie goal for the day, as the midnight snack makes up for a missed early morning breaky.
Nope, eat just as much as you would any other day.
You are burning calories when you sleep.. so eat the same as you would on your sedentary BMR.
I usually go to bed late and get up late, so I find myself hungry later in the evening and end up eating late. I just don't eat after midnight as that's the start of a new day on your burn meter.
