All right its crunch time!
Not literally, but time wise!
I'm at 167 and I'm shooting to hit my goal of 160 by July 1st, which means no more cheat days. I return home on July 9th and I wanna be my goal weight. When I first left to go overseas I was 214, when I get home everybody is going to be surprised!
Wish me luck on the last leg, I only found this site recently but you guys have been a big help!
Good luck! I know you can do it! Congrats on coming so far too!
*M*
Awesome work!! Good luck you can do it!!
add more raw veggies, grains to your diet especially psylllium husks and flax seed.
you will do it!
Yeah I've actually come a lot farther than I ever thought I would. I swore I would never be skinny. And I eat flax seed with my oatmeal every morning!
Yeah I plan on remaining active on this site to ensure that I maintain and never go back to my old ways, and the tools are handy to boot. :P
Good Luck. Going home is a great motivation :)
Hey! I just had to write.. I was 200lbs when i left my home town in Jan. to go spain. I have been utilizing the tools on this site.. counting and working hard and have lost almost 40lbs. I am going back home June 11th. I am excited to see the family.. but more excited for them to see me and the progress I have made. I never thought I could do it either.. but anything is possible.. !
When did you leave to go overseas? and where did you go??
Good luck.. and lets keep at it!!
I left last summer, in June. I went to Kyrgyzstan for a couple months, then Turkey for about a week, then Germany. I'm here until July 9th and I have till then to hit my 160 goal!
:D
your going to do great. If you lose around 1-1.5 lbs a week you'll be golden. Good luck!

Yeah, I've never lost more than .5 to 1lb a week, so this will be interesting for me to pull off :P.
Good luck! I'm sure that even if you get close to your goal, but don't quite reach it, that everyone will be amazed with the wonderful change you have made to yourself! But I believe you can do it!
