We are Christians of various denominations, uplifting the "Body of Christ" in their journey of weight "tossing" and their walk with the Lord. We are on this journey together and helping in any way we can. We encourage participation and create a safe and loving community. Supporting each other on this journey to a healthy lifestyle! "Hey Hand, where do you want to go today?" said the Foot.

"It does not matter, Foot, as long as I can paint the sunset." said the Hand.

"Can I come too?  I can help you see the sunset.  I'll bring my friend, Nose."  said the Eye.

"Count me in.  I'm always sticking in where ever I go."  said the Nose.

"Don't forget about me.  I can help you organize your thoughts and recognize the colors."  said the Brain.

"Without me, your effects will be in vain.  Put your heart into it."  said the Heart. 

We need to put our heart into this and help one another. 

If you notice the Ears and Mouth were left out of the conversation.  Everyone just assumed that they would want to come along.  We need to Speak Up and Listen to what the other has to say.

No one is left out intentionally.  Tell us what we can do to help you on your journey.  Just Speak up.
