hey guys!
So that headline might be a lie.. But I am studying abroad right now in Mexico and I must say sometimes its tricky to get my veggies in (i love veggies but I feel rude if I constantly ask my host mother to purchase them!)
Anyways, I had a heavy lunch of fresh fish and rice (and an appetizer of little crab tacos) so I'm not very hungry for dinner. But some kind of veggie drink would be great.

So far in the fridge I just found tomato concentrate but I think we might have.. carrots? Could I mix the two? I've only had maybe one serving of veggies today and would love something veggie tasting.. we might have spinach too but it taste sort of funny alone, she only uses it to cook. So i'd have to mix it with something.. its not salad material.

Okay and suggestions would be great! Thanks

lol oh well, thanks for the report

I would ask your parents, sibling, aunt, uncle, whoever to send you some cash to buy some veggies...Seriously!

Maybe you can buy frozen veggies so they will last longer.

Veggie drinks aren't as good as the real thing as they lack the fiber you will get from eating real crunchy vegetables; also you won't absorb as many nutrients.

try some spinach in a fruit smoothie.

maybe im a bit weird , but my FAVOURITE comfort food is 100g wholewheat pasta with tons of tomato puree and a little low fat grated cheese lol. you kinda get used to it i guess lol
