All Week..
So I feel really crappy. I got to 133.8 lbs last week, and told myself I was going to push it even more since Saturday [today] I have a wedding to go to.
Well Tuesday I went out to eat with a friend and had nachos... :[ Although I didn't eat all of them, still.. I'm sure I went over.
And I did it again yesterday! Ugh, I got on the scale this morning and it was 136.4lbs. I'm just disgusted with myself. Is all that hard work really gained back? I feel like crap. :[

You probably gained a little bit of weight, yes, but most of it is probably from the salt in your chips.
Last night, | had some saltines dipped in salsa for a snack, (High in sodium) And had 1,200 calories yesterday. And when | weighed myself this morning, | did gain weight.
So it's probably salt.
Even if you did gain, that doesn't mean you can't lose it again. =]

thanks for that, aio! it is important to remember that goal dates shouldn't be rigid. my original goal was 135 by my birthday, may 31. when it became obvious that i wasn't going to make it, there was a real temptation to say, f*** it, but i reined myself in, convinced myself that i'd be just as happy at 135 on june 15 or 21.

Don't give up! Some weight isn't from fat, it could be water which will go away as fast as it came...Like aio said from salt.
I had to do a lot of research to find what I could eat and what I needed to stay away from. I LOVE Mexican food, chips and salsa too. You just need to plan ahead a little. I have the 100 calorie Doritos and some fat free sour cream at home so when I go out I bring them along so I can have what I like with less fat and calories, plus once my bag is gone that's it. I love chicken taco salad without the tortia bowl add as much salsa as you like it is low cal...

Lettuce
Green peppers
Onions
Chicken
and a little cheese[but not much, and if I got that next time I'd get it without cheese anyway]
