All white omellete for everyday breakfast
| 1 | tsp grapeseed oil |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 2 | raw egg whites |
| 1 | tbs 2% milk |
- warm the oil in a pan and soften onions and garlic
- When they are soft, put in milk and minutes later when it is hot, add the egg whites.
- Scramble it all and let it cook on high heat until solid (or texture desired).
- Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
