Hey guys, im 15, 5'9 and 190 lbs. I am actually allergic to most healthy foods, just my luck right? i'm allergic to Poultry and fish, as well as beans, peas, milk, and soy. Anyone have some good healthy foods i can eat?

First off welcome bobbyagee! Secondly have you talked to a nutrionist about this? or your doctor?  If you have then I would suggest

a)   lean cuts of beef, pork and lamb or with ground meat/mince boil it first to remove excess fat then make it into a healthy chilli (or ask whoever cooks to!) and serve it with plenty of fresh salad and (if you can have them) tortilla wraps

b)   get used to eating raw fresh food, salad and crudtite are good "fillers"
