Weight loss and i have a history. This site helps me keep track and stay healthy. I am on a 80% raw food diet, vegetarian with the exception of eggs, the occasional salmon and milk. My motivation is overall health at this point.

I topped out at 160 lbs and lost it running in circles around my subdivision. Now I am 117 on average. I still run and do lots of yoga.
