One loaf of bread. Nutritional facts are for 1/16th of the loaf.
| 1 1/2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 3/4 | cup splenda |
| 1 | tbsp baking powder |
| 3/4 | tsp salt |
| 3 | bananas |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 2 | large whole eggs |
| 1 | egg white |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Sift together the first four ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mash the 3 very ripe bananas.
- Add milk eggs, egg white and vanilla to bananas.
- Mix in dry ingredients with banana mixture until all relatively smooth.
- Grease a standard loaf pan or use non stick spray. Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake for roughly 25-30 minutes until tester in the middle of the loaf is clean. Let cool completely before cutting.
