Almost Three Months off the Wagon...
I need to get back on the wagon here in a serious fashion. And I think posting here will get the ball rolling for me. I've only been logging my foods on an occasional basis and I've been procrastinating in the wrong way; I'll eat today, and I'll get back tomorrow, stuff like that.
Three months and seven pounds gained later, I have to get back to the grind. It's embarassing, especially in light of how well I did in the first 4-5 months. Back riding the bike on a more structured basis. Back to procrastinating in a good way (I'll eat that cake tomorrow, I'll eat that cookie tomorrow, etc, etc.). One day at a time.

I managed to meet my calories today with almost 100 to spare. Had a small breakfast, a big lunch, and salad for dinner. Tomorrow will be tough, but as long as I stick to my snacks and stay away from that cookie bin I'll be fine. I'll have cookies on Tuesday ;)
