Aloha Chicken Recipe

chicken sweet with pineapple! add some veggies while baking so they're juicy toooo ** if possible marinate the chicken in the vinegar mix before baking

Ingredients
2 chicken breast
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/5 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
5 ounce crushed pineapple
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2/3 cup brown rice
Directions
  1. preheat oven to 400

  2. arrange chicken in greased dish

  3. mix ginger, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder in a bowl

  4. add vinegar and mix well

  5. divide mixture and brush half over chicken

  6. bake for 10 min

  7. turn chicken pieces and baste with remaining half of mixture and bake for 10 more min

  8. in another bowl mix ketchup soy sauce, pineapple and brown sugar

  9. spoon over chicken and bake for another 15 min.
