Ok, so it is so lame...I am from Germany and have NEVER hiked in the Alpes! I have skied there...but never hiked!

Soooo....I am making that one of my goals: Go on a week long (or longer) hiking trip in the Alpes!

If anybody has gone on longer hiking trips there...would you share your experience, info...everything with me?!?
