I am at 905 cal's already, and it is 2 PM! I actually was eating well, but I guess high!
I had one egg and bagel with 2 tablesp of cream cheese, and lunch beans on noodles with some cheese!
Help....suggestions for the rest of the day and I am trying not to pass 1400?
You haven't had your vegetables and fruits today yet, so you should probably focus on that.

you still have 500 calories which leaves plenty of room for a snack and a light dinner. maybe have some fruit for a snack and dinner with something along the lines of grilled chicken and veggies. you will be fine, even if you do go over a little!
That bagel got you! Try to switch to a lighter bread, like an English muffin. I love bagels and cream cheese myself, but I've give them up just because they are SO MANY CALORIES. Like the previous poster, the rest of the day should consist of fruits and veggies (how about an awesome chicken salad tonight?)
Well I did it....made it with staying in my limits! Really, what happen is those beans held me til my nightly snack of fat free ice cream....and I did make it with some water! Thank you for your help. The sad part is the bagel was only about 130 cal, I think what killed me is the beans which was over noodles...which is really empty cal's....I am going to try and put my beans over veg's today and see how it goes. Thanks again!
Actually, the beans are not empty calories..they are full of fiber and other nutrients......but the noodles may have had a little bit to account for some...just half the portion next time, and you should be fine. Drink more qater or unsweet tea with the beans and noodles.....good luck!
