Already reached calorie target...
and supper is still to come.
Had a three course work lunch and racked up a total of 1280 already. Now have only 120 calories left to my maintenance level of 1400.
I am not looking forward to a dinner of lettuce leaves. Wa!

or you could have an extra 100 calories which is next to nothing in terms of its impact on your weight and add in an egg, 3 oz lean protein, or a serving of veggie soup!!
