Just joined.
Looking for inspiration. I've been going to the gym for a year now, after peaking at 15stone. Now 14st 4, target weight 13 stone obviously not much but i seem to justify eating more by the fact that I exercise. Chocolate Croissants or Maccy D's for breakfast.
Stepping up the cardio, becoming more fleixble due to pilates once a week and now doing body pump too which is a killer - couldn't move my arms two days later.
But I've joined a pact with a work colleague to give up chocoalate for lent, the first to succumb buys the other a big easter egg come day 40. So any ideas of how I can sabotage her resolve would be greatly appreciated.
Day one of the ban and all I can think about is choccie but have, thus far, resisted.
