Alternative to Crytal Light?
You could try squeezing lemon or lime into your water, but personally, I don't like the taste. Whenever I go to a restaraunt, I reqest no lemon because it seems like nowdays all places automatically stick them in your water. Yuck!
There's always the option of trying to put fresh fruit in there. I freeze berries in ice cubes and mint leaves, and put it in teas or water to be little Miss Fancy-Pants. It does leave a good hint of flavour to the water.
If you like tea you can to to Teavana at MOA. They have lots of different options for flavoring your water to make it appealing with little to no calories. On top of there are studies saying that some teas MAY have beneficial properties when trying to loose weight.
I converted to tea about a year ago from coffee. The only difference I've noticed is I am able to drink more water through out the day.
i lied they DO have it in the US!!!!! here's the link. btw they do carry a sugar free version aswell. http://www.volvic-na.com/prodinfo/flavours.ht ml
I LOVE Wal-mart's Equate brand of Crystal Light. It's all I drink aside from plain water. The have the regualr servings for full pitchers and to go packets for water bottles. I keep a stash in my desk at work!
Another suggestion is to add a bit of lemon juice to a cold glass of water to flavor it. Lemon juice also acts as a natural dieuretic (spelling?) which can help with some of the water retention many females experience. Good luck!

Well, it's not quite calorie-free, but I like to make a cranberry spritzer. Take a can of seltzer water (lemon-lime is good, and it has no calories or sodium) pour it into a huge glass, and add about 1-2 inches of light cranberry juice to the glass. It turns the drink bright red and tastes pretty yummy! So it's about 10-20 calories total for a whole 16 ounces or so.
Oooo .... that sounds great!
=^..^= MOLLY
I think your most natural, calorie free alternative to water is tea
