alternative natural yogurt choice

Quote  |  Reply

hello,

so this website has made me VERY aware of what I'm eating....I love this website...I just started a week ago. and I feel so much healthier that I'm eating more the corrert portion sizes and just being more aware in general of what I eat.  Just wanted to say thanks to who ever made this web site. I feel it can change many lives....

So I do have a question about yogurt. I love my Mountain High original style vanilla yogurt.  But I just got a D+ from it.  I see it has 27 grams sugar. 210 cal and 60 from fat.  So overall I would say it's not a good choice. but I love the sweetness and like it as a desert sometimes.  Today I did cut my portion in half of what I normally eat.  Does anyone else have a favorite yogurt? That is  less sugar.  What about taking plain and mixing sugar free jam in it. IS that good.

well thanks for any advice.

Who cares what letter grade it is?  Those things are so stupid.  It only got such a bad grade because of the sugar content, I'm sure.

Anywho, yes, try getting plain yogurt and mixing in fruit or other toppings.

Stonyfield Farm vanilla fat-free yogurt = HEAVEN.

Plain yogurt with honey or any natural sweetner is my favourite but it took some getting used to.
