Recipe Directions for Aluat pentru pizza subtire (De la Anne)

  1. Place flour, salt, sugar in a bowl and mix.

  2. Rub in the butter, add yeast.

  3. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients, add the oil and most but not of lukewarm water.

  4. Mix into a loose dough. (Add flour/water if needed)

  5. Take the dough out of the bowl and let it sit on a lightly floured worktop, covered with a tea towel, for 5 minutes.

  6. Then, knead the dough for 10 minutes or until its smooth and slightly springy.

  7. Let the dough relax for a few minutes.

  8. Shape a measure it into 12 peaces. Lightly brush them with olive oil and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
