Maybe you aren't eating enough. If you're already eating the 'right' amount, try keeping your mind off the hunger by doing something you enjoy.
Spend time with friends, play video games, go to the park - anything! Just have fun.
drink alot of water when you are eating food or something. It keeps me full for hours because i feel like I ate alot more..
You probably arent eating enough protein!
im the same as you.. i find oranges really fill me up. apples and most fruits too actually. try eating bigger meals of healthy stuff ;) then no need to hungrily fill up on snax.
Get out of the house and do some interesting exercise! Exercise curbs appetite! (not to mention distances you from food!)
