I go to the gym 5 times a week, but i always weight the same. I eat the same as before, should I try to eat less?, i´m eating healthy food,thanks :)

Do you know how many calories you're eating and burning?
If that photo is current, you don't look like you have much weight to lose anyway, I can see bone coming through...
