It's Amazing!!!

I can't believe that less than 3 months ago, I was so ready to have gastric surgery!! I thought I couldn't lose this weight, without drastic measures!! when the surgeon told me he couldn't do it, I was so disappointed. I stayed on the same diet, as if I was still going to have surgery and as of today i've lost 30lbs!! THE RIGHT WAY!!!! I started at 242 in June and today im 213 unbelievable!! a lot of you have contributed to this amazing transformation! especially you GI JANE!!! thank you all for the advise, the laughs and the stories that make me feel that im not alone in this. Hungry...but not alone.

Good For YOU!!  You did this on your own and now you know that YOU can do it without surgery.  FYI, My Aunt had that surgery, and guess what, 4 years later, she is the heaviest she has ever been.  It is not a miracle.  It is just a painful surgery.  You have proven that you are ready to do this and YOU ARE DOING THIS.. GOOD FOR YOU!

Way to go girl! ...my mom is going to have the surgery in October, so I'll be praying for her... I wish that she could do what you just did! Keep up the great work!

great work!!!!! u r an inspiration to others, u should  try to pass on ur story to as many people as u can, so that people can get inspired and learn that there is no short cut formula to weight loss like magic pills or surgery, one needs lots determination, will power, sincerity and the zeal to  loose weight, which u have in abundance. good job!!! keep up ur work, great going.
