Amazing Low Calorie French Toast Recipe

You can eat 3 peices of this delicious french toast topped with whipped cream, maple syrup and berries ALL for around 200 calories. Absolutely amazing.

Ingredients
6 slices Bread, Reduced-calorie, Wheat
4 Egg Whites
3 tablespoons Splenda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Skim Milk
1 Becel Topping and Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
1 COOL WHIP - WHIPPED TOPPING - LITE
1 Maple Flavored Syrup Sugar Free
Directions
  1. Coat pan with spray butter

  2. In a bowl mix egg whites, milk, splenda, cinnamon and vanilla.

  3. Dunk bread in egg mixture and put directly into pan Brown on both sides.

  4. Plate and top with Sugar Free Maple Syrup, Low-Fat Cool Whip and sliced strawberries.
