Wow...

450 calories
29 g fat (12 g saturated)
900 mg sodium
28 g carbs

And this is the nutrition for the one they're SUGGESTING!

thats crazy!!!

ive been to america a few times, (im from ireland) and i just cant get over the portion sizes over there!! no exageration, in fast food places (mcdonalds etc) our large drinks, are the same size as your small ones! also, i ordered french toast for breakfast one morning, because id find pancakes too sweet for breakfast (and no meat is as good as the one your used to at home), and they made the french toast with cinnomen and sugar!!! its supposed to be a savoury dish!!

sorry, i didnt mean any disrespect to america in that messge, i just cant get over the food! altho, one holiday there i ate everything, because it is amazing!! hahaha, and gained 14 lbs in 3 weeks!! woops!

whoa whoa whoa savory french toast? i make mine with cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar!

how do you make yours? i'm so curious!

I can't believe there's a smoothie that has over 1,100 calories in it! What the hell are they putting in that cup?

eire, I want your recipe for savory french toast!!

You're right, over here it's always a sweet dish. What goes in the savory version & what do you serve it with?

this is why i like making my own breakfast every morning ;)

its the easiest thing ever!!

whisk up an egg with a fork, and add a drop of milk and a pinch of salt.

pour this onto a plate, dip your bread in on both sides, and stick on a frying pan!! you shud get about 2 slices of bread out of a one egg mixture! its so simple! the only thing is, i tried it using brown bread and i didnt like it, i only liked it with white bread, but i guess everyones different!!

also, im a very plain eater, so i would just at 2 slices of this on its own, but i guess you cud eat it with a salad or rashers or any of that kind of thing!!

hope i helped! let me know what you think

They arent suggesting you eat that. They are saying its a better alternative. Like how they offer an alternative to the Burger King product and that alternative is another Burger King Product. They could tell you to make your own fries, but you've heard that a million times.
