Amino 2222 and Protein Shake?

I heard that this amino acids (Amino 2222) has 22 grams of protein per service (4 Tablespoons) I was thinking of getting amino acids and a protein shake. Is it ok to have both or it would be too much proteins?

I want to gain muscles but I dont want to get a big belly or something like that.

Take the amino's before your workout, and the protein shake after the workout.

If I am a regular person who just wants to get fit and toned (no plan to competing in a body shape contest or something), do I need to take supplements like this?
Well I just buyed Amino 2222 (Optimun Nutrition) And ISO-100 Protein (Dymatize) with 0 carbs 0 lactose and 0 fat pluse some L-Glutamine. Lets see what happens.

I still have the doubt about the times a day I should take the Protein Shake so if anybody can help me out I'll appreciate it a lot.

No, you don't need to take supplements.  They are not necessary for getting in shape.  But they are not exclusive to bodybuilding either.   You can use them if you have a deficiency in your diet, or just for convenience.  But they're not really meant to replace a proper diet.

You can have the shake multiple times per day, but it's best not to have it too often, because your body needs solid foods.  I personally limit myself to 2x per day maximum.

I have read about a scientific study where two groups took protein shakes twice a day. One group took a shake immediately before and after their workout, and the other took the shakes at other times during the day. The group that took the shakes immediately before and after their workout gained twice as much muscle on average compared to the other group.

For this reason I drink my protein shakes before and after my workout.
