HOW AMNY CALORIES DO I EAT?HeLP!

I AM SO CONFUSED. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY CALORIES TO EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I'M 13 AND I EAT NO MORE THAN 1300 CALORIES A DAY AND EXERCISE FOR AT LEAST 35 MINUTES EVERY SINGLE DAY.

PLEASE DON'T TELL ME NOT TO DIET. JUST TELL ME HOW ANY CALORIES I SHOULD EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I'M SO CONFUSED I WANT TO CRY. MY BODY TYPE, EVEN THOUGH I'M TALL WITH A MEDIUM TO LARGE BUILD AND VERY ACTIVE I DON'T LSOE WEIGHT EASILY AND I'M SO CONFUSED.

IF I START TO EAT MROE WILL I GAIN WEIGHT IN THE BEGINNING AND THEN SLOWLY START TO LSOE WEIGHT ONCE I'M USED TO THIS ENW CALORIES INTAKE?

HELP!!!

What is your current weight, your goal weight, and how tall are you? This will make it easier to zero in on how many calories you need. Also make sure your workouts are both cardio and weights (muscle is your body's fat burning machinery) When doing cardio keep your heart rate between 165-185 DO NOT go OVER 185 or you will burn muscle! When you answer the other questions I can give more calorie intake info.

 

I am 128, my goal weight is 110, and I'm right now 5'5 for now.I usually exericse for at teals an hour everyday.

To lose about 1lb per week you need to consume 1600 calories per day. 55% Carbs 30% fat and 15% protein. make sure you keep your heart rate between 165/185 when doing cardio, that's very important. You are not losing because if you are only eating 1300 per day and you're still growing it's not enough food and your body is losing muscle. You can try a zig zag method which is good to keep your body confused, which you need to do with exercies and nutrition for better results. The zig zag would have you eat 1600 calories 4 days per week and 1300 3 days. The next week switch eat 1300 4 days a week and 1600 3 days per week. Don't get frustrated you are too young to have such body issues the key is to live a healthy life style and stick with it. Don't give up!

Well actually, I lost 4 pounds so what I'm doing is working
