Here's the deal, I'm 16, 130 pounds, 6'2, and am an avid runner. I used to be more than just overweight when I was younger and am deathly afraid of becoming overweight again. My problem now is that I am running 60+ miles a week for Cross Country and I really have no idea how many calories I should be eating, or how many I'm burning for that matter.

Hi Prin07! Welcome to CC! ![]()
Can you please provide your gender.
Hey!
Sorry, I'm a male. Didn't even think of that.
And thanks for the help to anyone that does.

You are a 6'2" male who weighs 130 lbs. You are seriously underweight, and with your activity level, it's probably almost impossible for you to become overweight again any time soon.
You need to eat as much as you can, or your health will probably begin to suffer soon. Do NOT count calories, just eat.
I agree, your body and brain are still developing to some degree. For the amount of activity you are doing you need to eat. Just make healthy choices and you will be fine.
