Delicious hot pepper sauteed with garlic and filled with feta!
| 1 | Chile pepper |
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| 2 | tbsp feta cheese |
- Splice the anaheim chile pepper in half and remove seeds.
- Place olive oil in a saute pan and add the chile pepper and garlic. Saute until softened. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Plate the pepper and add 1 tbsp feta cheese in each half.
