Analysis pie chart

When looking at the pie chart I am not sure how much of each Protein, Fat and Carbs I should be trying to eat?? Typically my Fat portion is more than Protein with Carbs being the largest portion. What is best? I want to say Fat should be the least but should Protein and Carbs be equal or one more than the other? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

What you're looking for (if you are following a 'normal' diet as opposed to an Atkins or very-low-carb diet) is:

20-30% fat.

15-30% protein.

The rest in carbs.

My typical pie-chart has like 60% carbs, 15% protein, 25% fat.

Thanks! Very helpful. I went back and reviewed my charts. I've only been keeping track since 4/22 & lost 3 lbs which for me is great! I usually fall between an A- to B+ and I can see from writing it out my Fat is too high and my Protein is too low. Not much but enough...especially protein. Guess it's time to keep some chicken cooked for those days. I like this site very much and it's been a real eye opener.
