This really isn't for anyone but me...

but if I continue to let myself eat an entire cereal box/carton of milk when I'm stressed out... I'm going to cry.

I don't get the comfort I'm seeking and I just end up feeling fat, worthless, and weak.

I don't know how to break the cycle... but I need to stop... this isn't healhty physically or mentally.

Hi,

 Don't know if this helps but when I was trying to quit drinking so much (cuz every time I did, I beat myself up for an entire day "why did i do it," and felt horrible and worthless). I wrote those feelings down, and posted them on the fridge where the booze was. I would stop and read it before I did it, and it totally worked.

Try finding an activity that you like to do....jump into one of the forums here and make some friends,...there are more people on this site that feel the same way you do...you will be amazed at the support that you can get.....
