Animal Crossing: City Folk for the Wii
Anyone here have the game and want to exchange friend codes, visit each other's towns? I just got it and am loving it but would love some other places to go, and to have friends come visit me!
I feel your pain. I have Wild World for the DS, but I don't know anyone else with a DS so I'm stuck in my own little world . . .
sorry i can't help either of you... yet. we've been thinking about getting this, either for the wii or the ds, but haven't talked to anyone who uses it. i'd really like some input before i spend the $. so how do you like it? what do you do?
It's fun, but can get boring if you don't have anywhere to go. There are plenty of reviews online that would tell you about it waaaay better than I can (I've had it for less than a month).
satyrswoman... I'm really enjoying it. It's a nice change from the really goal-oriented, get everything done as soon as possible world of most games.

I dont understand what you do in animal crossing? I rented it for a week, but then returned it after like 2 days cause i dont understand what your supposed to do? Like how are you supposed to make money? and what do you do when you visit people?
You make money selling fruit and shells and fish and bugs. You can also dig up fossils and stuff and seel that to Tom Nook.
You need to exchange friend codes in order to visit people. That's why I'm here!
The thing about AC is that it happens in real time and it's supposed to be really calm and free. There are no real goals like in most games. You just want to get your house the way you like, improve your town, make frends.
