Anita's Minestrone Recipe

I got this from Anita's Low Fat recipes website.

Ingredients
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 chicken bouillon cube
6 cups water
6 oz tomato paste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 c mixed vegetables, frozen
1/2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
Directions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine onions and garlic.

  2. Cook until tender.

  3. Add broth, water, tomato paste, seasoning, and black pepper. Stir and bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat to low and cook ten minutes.

  5. Add mixed vegetables and macaroni.

  6. Bring to a boil.

  7. Reduce heat to low and cook ten minutes, or until macaroni is done.
