I got this from Anita's Low Fat recipes website.
| 1/2 | cup onions, chopped |
| 1 | garlic clove, minced |
| 1 | chicken bouillon cube |
| 6 | cups water |
| 6 | oz tomato paste |
| 1 | tsp Italian seasoning |
| 2 | c mixed vegetables, frozen |
| 1/2 | cup elbow macaroni, uncooked |
- In a large saucepan, combine onions and garlic.
- Cook until tender.
- Add broth, water, tomato paste, seasoning, and black pepper. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook ten minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and macaroni.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook ten minutes, or until macaroni is done.
