Lots of info here: http://www.outback.com/ourmenu/index.asp
whatever you choose, have a salad with it, eat veggies and instead of fries, get a baked potato.
You don't have to finish everything on your plate either, take your time eating, drink water, chat with your hubby - when you're full, if you want, ask the server for a tray to take home your left overs.
you can always have chicken instead of the red meats - they're much higher in calories than the leaner cuts of meat.

Outback doesn't seem to post nutrition information, but I found their nutrition tips here. Calorie King has some information on Outback but I don't know how accurate it is. There's also Dottie's Weight Loss Zone which has Weight Watchers point value estimates. You can probably have roughly 14 points if you've saved up 700 calories. The cheese fries or the bloomin' onion are right out, unless you split them and you don't eat anything else. :)
they have grilled chicken or salmon with their bangin steamed veggies... super healthy... just say without butter! :) happy anniversary
Thanks to all of you that replied to my post- You helped more than you know. CC members are the "BEST"!
What I would suggest is, whatever nice healthy meal you find, ask for them to package half of it before it even gets to the table.
I find it's a lot easier to eat just half the meal if only half of it is there!

Look up their menu online and figure out what you want to eat, then look up the ingredients. It's no problem if you are getting a steak. You can have a steak and all of the good stuff that goes with it for 700 calories. Enjoy
I love their steamed veggies so I always eat those first plus get a salad too.
Enjoy some of the entree tonight and have the rest for lunch tomorrow. Reastaurant tportions are so huge. Why do they torment us so? :o)

Yum! Anyone have any idea what the bread is , I couldn't find it listed anywhere. Ate some anyways though :=)
i just like to order the steamed veggies and to spice it up ill order a side of curry, which most outback steakhouses can provide. if not, walmart, usually has cumin 2/$1 in the spice asle..it tastes phenomenal...
