Announcement: Lose 10 by July 4 Challenge begins Wed!
I'm going to be starting a new challenge on Wednesday, under the Weight Loss board. 5 weeks from May 30 is July 4 -- hence the name, as a 2 lb loss per week is a lot without being unhealthy. I'll start a new continuing post each week. so all who are interested, be at the Weight Loss board this Wednesday!
