ANNOYING stomach bloating

Does anyones stomach (mostly lower stomach) start out flat in the morning then visibly bloat during the rest of the day. Does basically ruin your figure?? If you know why you get that please share!! =)

That always happens to me >< it makes my tummy look weird on a side profile of my body . grrrr it soo annoying!!! as much as i try to tone the area and do some cardio that part of my stomach still stays there...maybe its genetics or my wide hips...who knows lol ..just love yourself for who you are =] hehe.
Dunno why, but I kind of get that too.  It may  be slight dehydration in the morning?  Or swelling later in the day?  Or just food in your digestive tract?  I also get really bad bloat when I have to pee.  LOL. 

It sure doesn't look too pretty, though.  I'm interested in hearing what someone else has to say, who possibly has an answer.  :)
mine gets worse when i have to go potty too =P
yeah its not fun.......well im gonna see if dairy products do this to me....no dairy tomorrow...if i dont bloat ill know. However....ive had all the symptoms of IBS...but i have yet to ask my doc about it. Could be the cause. 
Not fun at all. I do notice that its much worse if i eat more carbs. 
that used to happen to me all last summer... like i would look pregnant by the end of the day... but i realized i was eating WAY too much sodium in all the low cal/low fat foods i was eating.. so i started drinking way way way more water and starting buying lower sodium foods and the problem has disappeared... maybe that will work for you!!
Changes in diet can do that, even good changes. When I switched over to a healthy diet with more fruit and vegetables and less refined foods I got some bloating and tummy troubles for awhile, but they went away after my body got used to the change. 
I was just going to start a post about bloating!  crazy.

This morning my stomach made me look like I was 6 mos. preggers i swear.  UGH!  but when I sucked it all in it looked norm...

dunno why it happens (not that time of the month) but I wish it wouldn't happen... ever! haha
I'm with rclay on the carbs--the "better" I eat, the "flatter" it stays during the day...also, plenty of water is good and bad. :)
yes i get it everyday,wake up with a flatter stomach,go to bed with a pregant stomach
I started eating an activia right after my morning workout because of the carb/protein ratio but it seems to have helped a lot with the bloating I was having.

Our stomach expands when we eat, it's natural. That's why even after eating a small meal you can feel pressure or bloating. It eventually goes back to normal. Watch the salt intake, it can cause you to retain fluid~
