Could I have anorexia nervosa?

I am 31 years old, 5'6" and 84 pounds. I have always been skinny but never like this. I am having a hard time eating; it's like 5 bites and I am tired of trying to eat, although ten minutes later my stomach wants more but I don't have the energy to continue to eat.

Anorexia nervosa is a psychological condition that can only be diagnosed by a doctor or licensed mental health therapist. You can take a screening test to see if your attitudes and behaviors are consistent with the diagnosis. Your weight meets the diagnostic criteria of weighing at least 15 percent less than the normal weight expected for your height. But severe underweight and a diminished appetite can be due to several medical problems. You must visit your doctor immediately because your BMI is 13.6, which is extraordinarily low and dangerous.
