Guys wow....I ve been anorexic for the last month..... I got tired from working out ( cause it was a pain in the A$$). I was also sacred since muscle weighs more than fat that I would actually be putting on weight.... Anyway this was my stats
morning-cereal ( but i barely had any it was like 1/5 of a cup)
lunch- usually nothing but 90 calorie snacks
dinner WATERMELON I HAVE LIKE 6 wedges and a bunch of fruits...
anyway the real question is
a) do I just start eating and working out like a normal person.
B) like should i wake up tommrw morning at eat eggs ham and have a normal lunch and dinner? will i actually be putting on fat?
c im 157 5'6 Metric: 169 72-71 kilgrmas....is that healthy how do i look like?
Honey, first of all I'm glad you realized that what you're eating is way too little!! I don't know if you're male or female, but females have to eat at least 1200 calories a day and males have to eat at least 1500 to be healthy.
Because you've been eating so lightly for a month, your stomach probably won't be accustomed to eating a regular amount just yet. Gradually try to increase what you're eating to a normal amount. Up your little bit of cereal to a half cup, and then a half cup with milk, and then a cup with milk. Use the same principle with your lunch and your dinner. Also, include some decent protein and fat into your diet. You sound like you're eating nothing but carbohydrates.
And, I hate to break it to you, but working out is a part of life. Don't worry about putting on muscle weight. The muscle will burn extra calories, which will, in turn, burn fat. Also, that muscle is going to keep you from being a little hunchbacked old grandma (grandpa) who can barely cross the street when you're seventy. Healthiness is far, far more important than weight, and you need muscle to be healthy.
Finally, you are technically in a healthy weight range. Losing weight should not be that much of a concern with you. Remember: Healthiness is more important than weight. Healthiness pwns weight.
i did the whole dont eat thing for about a month. its not worth it at all. i was about your size 157lbs. 5'8" then i went down to 145. i know thats not a huge drop. but i looked so sick. i was really pale and my skin would turn this weird grayish color too. then as soon as i ate again i gained it all back and + i went up to 175 and became really depressed. but since then i have lost weigh. now i weigh 161. im a little pudgy but im okay with it. you just need to first love your body for what it is flaws and all.
Hey. I have been recently recovering from anorexia and hyperthyroid issues, and let me tell you, that being anorexic is gruesome and brutal. You feel hungry, deprived, and extremely tired. And on top of that, anorexia takes over your mind; even after you reach your weightloss goal, it is still not enough. You still feel fat. It's never, ever enough until its too late. By then, (hopefully) everyone that cares about you will be very worried (which is inevitable, and very annoying). Then, what happens next? Either you die of starvation, or gain weight again and be unhappy with yourself all over again. My advice is to consult with a doctor or a dietition and lose weight in a safe manner. But then again, it's your life; you can f*** up your relationship with food if you want to.

Anorexia is not something that you just do. It is a serious eating disorder that should not be taken lightly.
Since you are concerned that you may have disordered eating or an eating disorder please go tell your parents and have them schedule an appointment with your doctor immediately. Only a medical professional can assist with a diagnosis and treatment.

It always bothers me when people say something like 'I've been anorexic for a month!'.
You may have been eating very little and restricting, but anorexia is a DISEASE. It isn't something you just do or realize right away.
Though with eating habits like this, you may be at risk for developing an eating disorder over time, you realize that it is too little now.
