Was anorexic now I'm a binger, in need of support

I have been suffering from anorexia for a long time now and just 2 months ago I was down to 92 pounds. Just reccently I started compulsively over eating and binged my way up to 130 pounds in just about 4 weeks. I can't seem to stop that urge to binge and have a goal of going 7 days in a row of healthy eating. Any advice or support would be so greatly appreciated!!

I'm sad to say that I can absolutely relate to all these posts and that I'm on the same boat :( I hate being this way.

Christine - me too with the 'stealing food', cause technically it is stealing food. for me its okay to eat my forbidden foods if its 'free/stolen', but id never go and buy my own. cause i know that id binge on it if i buy my own.... but really, there's no difference.
and im like that with the sugar free stuff too. its ridiculous how many cans of diet soda im going through lately :(

I can also relate to these posts.  It's just awful to be in this situation.  I also feel so helpless and frustrated.  I was anorexic/bulimic and then went to rehab where I reached a healthy weight, but now that I'm back at home I want to eat everything in sight even when I'm full to the brim and about to pop.  I throw up sometimes because I just can't deal with the guilt but not all the time 'cause I'm trying very hard to stop purging.  It's messing up my teeth big time and not only that, I also am just so sick of it.  I've had this ED for nearly 7 years now and all I want is to be normal again.

I lick plates and all that stuff too :(

2. Don't post at all if you are not in active recovery as it is triggering to other CC members.

Lol calm down -   the mods need to start automatically deleting threads once they exceed 5 months or so -   new ppl to the site  may not look at the dates, and may not realize they are responding to old threads…
