what's your favorite breakfast food?: yogurt.

when is your favorite time to eat cereal (breakfast, snack, etc)?: snacks, preferrably night time snack.

do you prefer hot or cold cereal?: it depends.. but usually cold.

what liquid do you use to cook your oatmeal?: vanilla soymilk.

what's your favorite topping to add to oatmeal?: i typically buy instant flavoured oatmeal (bad, i know), so i don't need to add anything.

what kind of milk did you grow up drinking, and what kind do you drink now?: i grew up drinking skim milk, but now i only drink soymilk.

what's your favorite pastry?: wow, way too hard to answer.

egg yolks or egg whites?: i love the yolks.

what's your favorite spice?: oregano.

do you think you consume too much sodium?: yes :(

how much water do you drink a day?: anywhere from 0-6 cups.. i gotta work on that.

name a recipe you want to find a healthier version of: hmm.. tomato soup cake. i've seen recipes on tv, and i'm eager to try it.

do you watch the food network? if so, who's your favorite food network star?: i love paula deen.

what's your favorite fruit to eat frozen?: bananas.

what about unfrozen?: bananas also.

what's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten frozen?: a raw pie shell.. don't ask :|

name a food most people love that you really hate: there are SO many things.

what's your favorite kind of cheese?: melted cheddar.

name a food you avoid because of calories/nutrition: pizza and pasta.

what kind of bread do you buy?: it varies.. this week i bought white bread as a treat. 

do you think you lack any vitamins/nutrients? if so, what ones?: probably iron and calcium.

do you like spicy food?: nooo way!

what about sour food?: heavens no.

when buying yogurt (if you buy yogurt, that is), what kind of things do you look for in the nutrition panel?: very high calcium.

name a food/drink you're getting tired of: diet soda :|

name a food/drink you're eager to try: tomato soup cake.

name a food/drink you haven't had in a very long time: bacon.

how many calories do you have left for the day?: 560 :|

what do you plan on doing with those leftover calories?: i'm not sure. my friend wants to go out to mcdonald's, and i promised i'd go.. but i really don't want to :|

what's your favorite sandwich filling?: peanut butter.

what's your favorite pasta dish?: baked with tomato sauce, meat and LOTS of cheese.

are you craving anything right now? if so, what?: nothing, i'm not feeling that well lol.

what's your favorite breakfast food?: Oatmeal or fruit salad. Buckwheat pancakes are pretty amazing too.

when is your favorite time to eat cereal (breakfast, snack, etc)?: Breakfast fo sho.

do you prefer hot or cold cereal?: Hmm. Hot probs.

what liquid do you use to cook your oatmeal?: Filtered water.

what's your favorite topping to add to oatmeal?: I always add a melted banana... usually some kind of nut butter and dried fruit. Sometimes chopped nuts :)

what kind of milk did you grow up drinking, and what kind do you drink now?: I never did drink milk as a kid, I hated the stuff. Now I'm vegan and drink fat free soymilk.

what's your favorite pastry?: Uh, puff pastries :D

egg yolks or egg whites?: I don't eat eggs.

what's your favorite spice?: Cinnamon.

do you think you consume too much sodium?: On the contrary, my GP keeps telling me to up the sodium.

how much water do you drink a day?: Maybe 6 - 8 cups including tea.

name a recipe you want to find a healthier version of: I pretty much have found healthy versions of every recipe I like.

do you watch the food network? if so, who's your favorite food network star?: No I don't.

what's your favorite fruit to eat frozen?: Bananas, cherries or grapes.

what about unfrozen?: Watermelon, cherries, grapes, strawberries & blueberries.

what's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten frozen?: Uh. I can't think of anything.

name a food most people love that you really hate: Meat, cheese, milk and eggs.

what's your favorite kind of cheese?: Vegan cheese that is. My faves are Nacho Cheezly, Smoked Cheddar Sheese and Road's End Cheddar Chreese.

name a food you avoid because of calories/nutrition: Anything fried.

what kind of bread do you buy?: Sprouted spelt bread and wholemeal.

do you think you lack any vitamins/nutrients? if so, what ones?: No, my blood test came back perfect :)

do you like spicy food?: Love it!

what about sour food?: Yes please.

when buying yogurt (if you buy yogurt, that is), what kind of things do you look for in the nutrition panel?: The Vegan symbol, duhface. And not too much sugar. Preferably organic and low-ish cals.

name a food/drink you're getting tired of: Tired of food? NEVERRR.

name a food/drink you're eager to try: Proper dessert hummus!

name a food/drink you haven't had in a very long time: Fake ground meat.

how many calories do you have left for the day?: 1,100.

what do you plan on doing with those leftover calories?: Well, for lunch I have a waldorf salad, five-grain rice, chickpeas & parmazano, baby carrots and a fortune cookie. I'm googling dinner recipes right now. And then I'll figure something out for my afternoon tea. Possibly a Pranabar!

what's your favorite sandwich filling?: Vegenaise, lettuce & Chik Minit Meat. Or hummus & avocado with salt and pepper. Or almond butter and agave nectar. Or cashew butter and peach & raspberry jelly. Or the classic PB&J. I loves me some sammiches.

what's your favorite pasta dish?: Mac n' Cheeze or Vegan Carbonara :)

name a food you avoid because of calories/nutrition: Trying to put on weight, so nothing. If I had to watch calories, then probably burgers/pizzas.
