another breakfast question

Hi everyone I havent been in the forums in a while! I have been eating plain oatmeal with a tablespoon of honey and fruit everyday since the begining of the year, I crave it, it's really weird. I was wondering if doing this is ok? I can't seem to tolerate anything else for breakfast right now and i have no explaination for this.   :-)

It sounds really good.. eat it until you hate it! =3 Just count it thoroughly.. honey is 64 cals.

yeah and if your trying to lose...maybe try some splenda in there instead of the honey...but that is just my sick way of thinking!  Smile
Yeah, seriously, oatmeal and fruit are both good things for you (and honey isn't bad in moderation), so if you're not sick of it, feel free to have it every breakfast. :-)
Honestly the only thing I think you are missing is a bit of fat. Try adding some flax seed or walnuts to the mix. It will keep you satisfied longer too.

Ive started eating oatmeal too .. not every day .. but every second or 3rd .. and this is why ...

Hope it helps !! I think oatmeal is great !! i even add butter .. cuz i love it !! and it helps me ward off my cravings for bread and butter during the day !!
